| Course Objective |
To develop speaking and listening skills of trainees of lower intermediate level who have a need for workplace English. |
| Course Content |
i. Understanding and initiating social talks (including greetings, asking questions, job routines, simple social talks); and
ii. Describing people and things (including short telephone conversations, listening for the gist and describing people, listening for details and describing products, making simple presentations) |
| Entry
Requirements |
i. Form 3 or above; or
ii. Completion of “Module Certificate in Foundation English” of ERB, or equivalent qualifications awarded by other recognized institutes; or
iii. Pass the entry test |
