| Course Objective |
To develop speaking and listening skills of
trainees of intermediate level who have a
need for workplace English. |
| Course Content |
i. Listening skills (including dialogues, listening for key information, telephone conversation);
ii. Oral presentation (including social talks, listing, sequencing, generating ideas, presentation aids and body language); and
iii. Discussion and meetings |
| Entry
Requirements |
i. Form 5 or above, or equivalent; or
ii. Completion of Module Certificate in Workplace English (Listening & Speaking) I of ERB, or equivalent qualifications awarded by other recognized institutes; or
iii. Pass the entry test |
