It depends on individual programmes and acdemic term. This is usually around February , June and October of each calendar year.
 

Applicant whose result of HKCEE/HKALE of Chinese Language/Chinese Language& Culture, English Language (A or B)/ Use of English or Mathematics failed to meet the basic requirement of application are compulsory to take respective foundation course. (Students who have already metor above the basic requirement of respective course are also eligible to take the foundation course)

Fee: $1200HKD each subject

 

Grant – loan / non-means tested loan

Full time Students are eligible to apply

   2) non-means tested loan
   3) Student Travel Subsidies

Part time Students are eligible to apply
   1) non-means tested loan

Government grant-loan / loan (http://www.info.gov.hk/sfaa/cn/schemes/fasp.htm) Forms are available in the Administrative Office (2 Breezy Path, Mid-level, Hong Kong)

non-means tested loan (http://www.info.gov.hk/sfaa/cn/schemes/nlss.htm) Forms are available in the Student Financial Assistance Agency and Home Affairs Department. Payment Schedule from the institute in needed to apply the non-means tested loan. The application form of the payment schedule of individual student can be downloaded from the website of the institute.

 
Student ID card and the Receipt of Tuition Fee will be available after commencing date.
Students can collect them from the Administrative Office.
