Hong Kong Institute of Technology (HKIT) is a non-profit tertiary institute providing study opportunity to people from different backgrounds. Employees Retraining Board (ERB) Manpower Development Course aims to assist persons aged 15 or above, with education attainment of sub-degree or below, to learn new skills to increase their competitiveness in the job market. Graduates would be considered for continuing their study with the accredited Associate and Bachelor degree programmes in HKIT.
