The Master of Professional Account is designed:

  • for business professionals and non-accounting graduates who would like to enhance their career prospects by joining the accounting profession;
  • as a post-graduate course of study intended to provide an avenue whereby graduates from any discipline can undertake to meet the entrance requirements of the accounting profession;
  • to enhance graduates with requisite skills, knowledge and attitude to succeed in their chosen careers and to make a worthwhile contribution to society and their profession.

Graduates would meet the requirements for membership of the following professional bodies:

  • CPA Australia
  • National Institute of Accountants (NIA)
  • The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA)
