    Upon completion of the payment, please send an email to with student's Chinese and English name, Hong Kong birth certificate number, parent telephone number and ATM transaction Advice.



Refund policy

1. Cancellation of Course

All related tuition fees paid less application fee will be refunded if the course is cancelled by HKIT.


2. Withdrawal of studies

Should a student decide to withdraw from the course, he/she would not proceed for the registration and should inform HKIT in writing at least one week prior to the commencement of the class.

However, students who fail to do so will be given only 50% of the tuition refund upon production of evidence of payment. For any refund of fee made by HKIT, a handling fee of $300 will be charged.

NO refund will be granted if the Institute is informed after the commencement of the class.

Special consideration may be given on medical grounds supported by official and medical documentation such as medical certificate(s) issued by registered medical doctors.
