Complaints Handling Procedures
The School has proper internal procedures for course participants to file their complaints related to CEF courses. These procedures can be found in Section 12.1 of the Student Handbook. In essence, CEF Courses related complaints should be filed in writing to the email account (comments@hkit.edu.hk). An initial acknowledgment from the School to the complainant will be made within 3 working days and followed up accordingly.
