Programmer (Java / ASP.NET)

Responsibilities:
- Multi-tier web application development for international companies and government
- Responsible for system design, development, testing, maintenance & documentation
- Work closely with team members to develop and test applications according to system specifications
- Assist System Analyst and Business Analyst for requirement analysis and system detail design
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science/ Electronic and Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Enterprise Information Systems/ Mathematics or related disciplines
- Proven records in developing multi-tier applications (Java or ASP.NET) is an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills, team player, self-motivated

Associate Business Analyst (Software Development and Implementation)

Web / Mobile Analyst Programmer

- Develop web applications using Java, Spring, Oracle, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML or mobile application using Vue.js, CSS3, HTML5, for international companies and government
- Participate in system development life cycle including system design, coding, testing, deployment and system support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 2+ years of Web or Mobile development experience.
- Development exposure and knowledge in Java, Spring, Oracle Server, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, Vue.js, Node JS, etc.

Application Support

Responsibilities:
- Provide application support services to end-users / clients through various communication channels (e-mail, phone calls) on software systems
- Answer application usage and perform problem analysis on end-users / clients reported incidents
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on reported incidents
- Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting
- Coordinate with software development team on application support issues
- Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers’ satisfactions
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in application support
- Detail-oriented with good logical thinking
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English
- Knowledge in various mobile platforms is an advantage
