Self-financing Post-Secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS) 2023-24

The Self-financing Post-Secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS) is supported by the Self-financing Post-secondary Education Fund (the Fund), established by the HKSAR government to promote and enhance the quality of self-financing post-secondary education through valuable initiatives and schemes.

The SPSS aims to recognize students not only for their outstanding academic performance but also for their achievements and talents in non-academic fields. It also aims to attract exceptional local and non-local students to pursue studies in self-financing post-secondary programmes.

Detailed information regarding the SPSS has been uploaded to the E-portal.
