The Self-Financing Post-Secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS) is supported by the Self-Financing Post-Secondary Education Fund (the Fund), established by the HKSAR government to promote and enhance the quality of self-financing post-secondary education through valuable initiatives and programs.
The SPSS aims to recognize students not only for their outstanding academic performance but also for their achievements and talents in non-academic fields. Additionally, it seeks to attract exceptional local and non-local students to pursue studies in self-financing post-secondary programs.
Detailed information regarding the SPSS has been uploaded to the E-portal. Interested students can apply by submitting the application form along with the supporting documents by 30 November 2024.
