課程目標"International Human Resource Management aims to provide the students with a knowledge and critical understanding of international trends and developments affecting HRM. Students will engage with current thinking and research into International dimensions of IHRM, including Internationalisation of business, intercultural management and comparative approaches in selected countries. Strategic Marketing aims to build on marketing foundations studied previously and provide a staged approach to the nature of strategic marketing which contribute to the achievement of a competitive advantage To introduce the broader aspects of strategic marketing that reflect contemporary developments in advocacy and ethics."

評估及完成要求"(A) Assessment Items and Their Weightings: (1) International Human Resource Management (i) Personal Course Work: 50% (ii) Online Course Work: 50% (2) Strategic Marketing (i) Report: 50% (ii) Coursework: 50% (B) Completion Requirement: (1) Passing Mark: Each Assessment obtain 40% or above and overall obtain 50% or above (C) CEF Reimbursement Requirements: (1) Passing Mark: Each Assessment obtain 40% or above and overall obtain 50% or above (2) At least 70% of the total contact hours of the course"
